We are conveniently located directly behind the South Daytona City Center, Police Station and Fire Station. We are 2 blocks south from Beville Rd. on Jones St., South Daytona, FL.

We offer shorter term leases from 6 months minimum to year to year. Its whatever your need may be. We are the sister complex to The Village at Indigo Lakes Furnished Apartments that has also served the area's housing needs since 1996. At either location, you will find our apartments nice and clean, and managed and maintained by professionals!

All apartments are non-smoking. Must be 18 years or older. All applicants under the age of 22 will be required a co-signer (Required to be a family member).
